 All permanent waves include a haircut and style.  Haircuts must be given the day of the perm.  The client cannot return  at a later date for a "free" haircut.  No chemical services will be given to persons under the age of 18 unless the parent is present to sign the release form and have a consultation with the isntructor.  We will not give chemical services to children under the age of 16.  We will also NOT guarantee the results of any perm if the hair is over 6 inches long.  We will also NOT guarantee the results of a perm for a client on medication or that has recently had surgery.
